Deepika meditated daily for 38 years, using many meditations such as TM, Nyingma Meditation Center’s meditations for 3 months, Insight, Vipassana, Yoga, Joseph Rael vision questing meditations for 7 years, the Shambala meditation while doing her Master’s degree at Naropa University, Rajneshpuram meditations for a year, meditations for a year in India, and John of God meditations at the Casa de Don Ignacio, in Brazil for 33 weeks 6 hours a day.
Deepika used all of her experience meditating to write the Living the Magic of Meditation ebook and create her movie Find God, Embracing the Miraculous, which is based on her book with 40 meditation exercises, Embracing the Miraculous, Attaining Optimal Health on All Levels.

Ram Dass inspired Deepika to meditate daily and do 10 and 30 day, all day meditation retreats. She thought that meditation was a key that would play an important part in her life, but she really did not enjoy meditating until she went to Brazil and meditated at the Casa. Then meditation became thrilling discovering God and the Universal Love. Meditation was the key to God. Deepika also realized that it was the foundation of all her psychic surgery, energy work, transpersonal psychotherapy, and her clairvoyance being able to tune into any person or animal’s energy anywhere in the world.
Meditation, allows us to meet our soul, our body, God, each other, and everything in existence. Mediation allows us to feel the truth of the Universal love, loving us and supporting us all of the time because we are present and open. Meditation allows us to see the immense beauty that surrounds us. Meditation allows us to live in peace and to live the magical moment.
